Nancy P. Moloney is an experienced estate planner who focuses her practice on providing counseling in the areas of estate planning, trust adminstration and probate  Her practice includes advising clients in the transfer of wealth and in providing for lifetime property and personal management.

Mrs. Moloney is experienced in the preparation and funding of a variety of trusts, including revocable living trusts, exemption and QTIP trusts, dynasty trusts, special needs trusts, life insurance trusts and charitable trusts.  Her practice also incudes estate and gift tax counseling, preparation of wills, powers of attorney for property management, property agreements, transfer documents and related estate planning matters.  A significant portion of her practice is devoted to post-death administration, including probate matters, trust administration, preparation of estate tax returns, and disclaimers.

Mrs. Moloney regularly presents seminars and workshops to business, civic and social groups regarding estate planning, probate avoidance, and trust administration.  She authors and publishes an estate planning newsletter entitled "Planning Ahead", and has published a booklet entitled "A Layman's Guide to Estate Planning."
Nancy P. Moloney received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University in 1971.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, cum laude, in 1976, and became a member of the California State Bar the same year.  She is currently a member of the Trusts and Estates Sections of the California State Bar as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bar Association Section for Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.
